For you / Four-week series
Get Your Week Back
Four weeks. A small group. The same people each time, which turns out to be most of why it works.
Why a series and not an afternoon
We ran this as a one-day class first. People left excited and by the following Thursday most of them had not opened it again.
- Nothing sticks in one sitting. You need to go home, try it on your real life, have it go wrong, and bring that back.
- Four weeks means four chances to fix what broke. That is the part a workshop structurally cannot give you.
- A small group that knows each other by week two. They steal each other's ideas, which is the fastest learning in the room, and they notice when somebody does not turn up.
- Somebody is expecting you next Tuesday. That is not a small thing when you are the person who never finishes anything for yourself.
What we do, week by week
-
Week one
Set up and switched on
- What AI can actually do: an overview with real examples from a week like yours
- Which one to pick: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot, the pros and cons of each, and which fits what you need it to do
- Setting it up on your phone and your laptop, step by step
- Privacy settings first: what to switch off, and what never goes in
- Best practices for starting out: how to ask so you get useful answers, and how to check what it tells you
- A project that knows your household: who is in it, what matters, how you talk
- One real win before you go home, from your own week
-
Week two
Your week, in your voice
- Teach it to sound like you: a short interview and a few things you have written, turned into a voice guide it follows every time
- Replies on your behalf: drafts of the texts, emails and sign-up forms you answer every week, in your words, ready for you to send
- Correcting it: how to fix what sounds off once, so it stays fixed
- School emails, group texts and five different apps into one week you can see
- Meals and the grocery list, in the time it takes to make coffee
- The Sunday look-ahead that the whole family can read
-
Week three
The paperwork and the people
- Forms, appointments, insurance, the 504 or IEP, the email nobody answered
- Gifts, thank-yous, who you owe a playdate, every birthday in one place
- The household manual, the document only you could write
-
Week four
Money, and handing it off
- Where the money actually goes, and a savings plan with a real date on it
- Subscriptions you forgot, purchases compared before you commit, returns handled
- The invisible-work list, and the conversation it is actually for
What you leave with
- It set up and running, not a notebook full of things you mean to do
- Four weeks of your own real work already moving through it
- Printed take-homes from every session
- The rest of your group, who are doing the same thing and whose numbers you will have
The details
- Four weekly sessions, evenings. Exact dates and times go to the waitlist first
- Capped at 10 people, because the point is that we can get to you
- In person in Orlando
- Bring a laptop. A phone alone will not be enough for this one
- Miss a week and we will catch you up before the next one
Nothing to paste. Monday, sorted.
By week three of the series, this is what people have running. The assistant checks everything that’s connected and has your briefing waiting before you’re up.
What’s connected
Your calendar and the kids’ school calendar
Your email, including school newsletters and the pharmacy’s refill notices
The shared grocery list on your phone
Waiting at 6:02 a.m. Monday
- Mom’s refill is due Wednesday. Pharmacy closes at 6
- College housing deposit due Thursday
- Reply to the roofer, he asked twice
- Your 2:00 call moved to 3:00, so pickup is still yours
- Dinners: three planned, groceries listed by aisle
What’s connectedYour calendars, your email and one shared list, plus the notes it keeps about your household.
What runs on its ownEvery Monday morning it matches dates, flags conflicts and drafts the week.
What still needs youReading it over coffee and moving one thing.

Questions
Do I need to pay for an AI subscription?
Week one runs on the free version. We cover what the paid plans add and when they are worth it, and nobody is pushed into one.
What if I’m at a different level than everyone else?
That’s normal, and it’s why the group is small. We tailor each session to where people are, whether you’re just starting with AI or already using it and want more from it, and we answer questions as we go.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We catch you up before the next one. Miss two and we would rather move you to the following cohort than have you sitting there behind.
Can my partner come?
Seats are per person. If you both want to come, book two, and honestly that works well.
When is the next one?
The first dates are being set now. Join the waitlist and you will hear first. After that, cohorts run back to back.
