Refund policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Please read this before you book. You agree to it at checkout.
The intro class
- $39, one per person.
- Moving to another date: free, up to 48 hours before the class. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
- Within 48 hours of the class: no refund, and no move to another date.
- The credit toward Get Your Week Back: your $39 comes off the series price if you join within 72 hours of the class you attended. After that the credit expires.
- One per person. If you book a second, we may cancel it and offer the seat to someone else.
- Seats are not transferable. Unlike the series, you cannot send someone in your place, because the whole point is one intro class per person. If you cannot come, move your date so somebody else can have the place.
- Repeated no-shows may mean we decline future bookings.
- We will ask you what you thought. One email, two questions, the day after. Answering is optional and it is the single most useful thing you can do for the next room.
Get Your Week Back (the four-week series)
Each series has a set number of seats. When you take one, somebody else does not get it, and we cannot fill it again once we have started. That is the reason this policy is firmer than an online course, and it is the whole reason the room works.
More than 7 days before the first session
Your choice of:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A credit toward any future cohort, valid for 12 months
- Sending someone else in your place, as long as you tell us their name before week one
Within 7 days of the first session
- No refund
- A credit for the full amount toward any future cohort, valid 12 months
- You may still send someone in your place, if you tell us before week one begins
Once the first session has begun
- No refund and no credit. The seat has been held, the cohort is set, and it cannot be resold.
Missed sessions are not refunded or credited, in whole or in part. You are paying for a place in the cohort, not for sessions attended. If you miss one, we will catch you up before the next.
If we cancel or move a session, we run it again at no cost to you. If we cancel the whole series, you get a full refund.
If it is not working for you, tell us by the end of week two
We would far rather hear it from you in week two than read it in a review in week six. Tell us what is missing and we will try to fix it inside the series. If we cannot, you get a credit toward a future cohort.
This is not a satisfaction guarantee and it is not an open refund window. It is a promise that you will get a real conversation and a real attempt to put it right, as long as you tell us while there is still time to do something about it.
We may decline repeated or excessive refund and credit requests.
Corporate and employee sessions
- A 50% deposit confirms the date and is non-refundable. It covers the planning work and the date held.
- More than 14 days before: the balance is not owed, the deposit is retained.
- Within 14 days: the full fee is owed. The date cannot be resold at that notice.
- Rescheduling once, with more than 14 days notice, is free and the deposit carries over.
Digital products
- No refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This is the standard for digital goods and it is why the product page tells you exactly what is inside before you buy.
- If a file is corrupt, unreadable or not what the page described, email us and we will fix it or refund it.
- Buying it does not give you the right to share, resell or distribute it.
Please talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, email wes_ai@gritandagency.com. We answer within one business day, from a real person, and we have never once failed to sort something out.
We would genuinely rather know. A class that did not work for you is something we can fix for the next group, and we cannot fix what we never hear about.
If you file a chargeback without contacting us, it costs us a fee whether or not it succeeds, and we will respond with your booking confirmation, your agreement to this policy at checkout, and the attendance record. We would much rather have the conversation.
