Terms of service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms are between you and Grit and Agency (Grit & Agency), 821 Herndon Avenue #140501, Orlando, FL 32803. Using this site, booking a class or buying a product means you accept them.
1. What we do
We teach people to use publicly available AI tools. We run in-person classes in Central Florida, workshops for organizations, and we sell digital products. We are an independent business and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any AI company whose tools we teach.
2. The intro class
- One per person. The intro class costs $39 and is limited to one attendance per person, ever.
- We may cancel duplicate bookings, bookings made under different names or email addresses by the same person, and bookings we reasonably believe are made to resell or transfer a seat.
- We may refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including for repeated no-shows or for conduct that affects other attendees.
- Seats are personal and not transferable.
- Attending the intro class does not entitle you to materials, recordings or follow-up beyond what is given in the room.
3. Paid classes and the series
- Your place is confirmed when payment is received, not when you register.
- Places are capped and allocated in order of payment.
- You may send someone in your place for the series, as long as you tell us their name before the first session. After week one has begun a seat cannot be transferred, because the series builds week to week.
- You may not resell a seat or advertise it for sale.
- We may change a venue, a date or a session order where we need to, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
- We may remove anyone from a class whose conduct disrupts it, without a refund.
- Refunds, credits and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Corporate and organizational bookings
- A written proposal or email confirmation sets the scope, date, headcount and fee.
- A deposit confirms the date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are in the Refund Policy.
- Travel inside Central Florida is included. Anything beyond that is covered in a separate proposal.
- You are responsible for the venue, the equipment and making sure your people know they are attending.
5. Our materials belong to us
Everything we create stays ours: slides, handouts, worksheets, prompt sets, templates, digital products and the structure of the sessions themselves.
- You may use our materials for yourself, and for your own household or your own business.
- You may not copy, share, resell, publish, upload or distribute them, or use them to teach or train anyone else, paid or unpaid.
- You may not record, film or livestream a session without our written permission.
- Buying a digital product buys you a single personal license, not ownership.
6. About AI output
This matters more here than in most businesses, because the entire subject of what we teach is a tool that gets things wrong.
- AI tools produce incorrect information, confidently. They invent dates, prices, names, citations, rules and facts. We teach you this in the room and we are repeating it here.
- You are responsible for checking anything you act on. That applies to everything, and particularly to anything involving money, deadlines, medical matters, legal matters, school or employment.
- We do not control the AI tools we teach, their output, their pricing, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices. They change without telling anyone.
- Nothing we teach or produce is a substitute for your own judgment or for a qualified professional.
7. We are not giving professional advice
Our classes cover household administration, scheduling, paperwork and personal organization, and they touch on money and family logistics.
Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. We are not licensed to give any of it. If you need advice in any of those areas, speak to someone qualified to give it.
8. No guarantee of results
We will teach you what we know and we think it works. We cannot promise any particular outcome, saving, result or amount of time recovered, because that depends on what you do afterward. Anything another attendee has achieved is their result, not a promise of yours.
9. What you agree to
- To give accurate information when you book
- Not to share private information about other attendees, including anything said in the room
- Not to bring anyone's sensitive personal information into a session without their knowledge
- To behave in a way that lets other people learn
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific class or product the claim relates to
- We are not liable for anything caused by an AI tool, by a third-party platform, or by a decision you made based on AI output
11. The website
- The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it is always available or always accurate.
- We may change, move or remove content and pages.
- Links to other sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for them.
12. Not for children
Our classes and products are for adults. The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page on the day you book or buy. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
